We have been to numerous parks/resorts/campgrounds, and this had to be the most disappointing.

Pictures and description of the park on the website are a gross misrepresentation.

This place is dumpy and in disrepair. We arrived to snow, and when we rolled into our site, you could see yellow pee all over our campsite from people using it as their dog toilet, and the dog park was a mere 20 ft away. But the dog park looks very uninviting, as well as run down, perhaps why no one wants to use it.

It is not big rig friendly. We have a 39 ft toy hauler, and it barely fit. We had to park the truck really tight to the trailer to fit. The motorhome next to us could not even fit their tow-behind car in their space.

I had issues with the WiFi being slow, but Bill says he found their WiFi fine. We did not use the pool as it was winter, so we can't comment on its cleanliness during open season, it is located right beside an old house with a small barky dog. It would not be the most appealing spot to soak up the sun and chill.

This is not a campground; it's a full-time trailer park with aging trailers filling about 70% of the park, people coming and going at all hours, presumably to work. The roads are gravel, so it's very noisey in the middle of the night with people starting vehicles, idling, and driving by.

When the snow melted and saw the picnic table... We don't even have words. It looks as though it would fall apart if you tried to sit on it or cut up your elbows and arms with the tabletop edges so broken. Why would anyone even have this out for guests to presumably use?

Really????

Thankfully, we only had a few days booked here. We opted to leave a day early due to the coming snow and didn't expect or ask for, nor were entitled to, a refund for the one day, but they offered to refund us, so that was unexpected and very thoughtful, which we very much appreciated. However, it was disappointing to pull up expecting something completely different from what was advertised. We will say pricing per night/week/month is very cheap, perhaps a reflection and in line with what you get..

We can say, though, it did have nice views of the surrounding hills and mountains.

It could be a great little park, but needs some serious clean up!
