We made a couple side stops on our way home from Lower Antelope Canyon. Horseshoe Bend and Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery are both worth a visit while in Page AZ.
Horseshoe Bend is now one of the most famous and frequented spots in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. You can find the parking area and trailhead off US Highway 89, about 5 miles (8 km) south of the Carl Hayden Visitor Center. The walk to the viewpoint is a 1.5-mile (2.4 km) round trip along a paved path.

Grand Canyon Brewing & Distillery

This is the perfect stop after a cold or a hot day of Canyon hiking. Cozy up by the inviting fireplace for a hot meal or grab a spot at the bar for a refreshing flight of tasty beers or cocktails.
The food, the beer, and the service were great. The atmosphere was inviting, and we can imagine in summer this place is buzzing. They have pool tables and shuffleboard to enjoy or shop for some swag and keepsakes.
It was a pretty cool brewery....we look forward to a return visit!
