What a fabulous spot located on the Columbia River. We had a little hiccup upon check-in as someone had parked their boat in the RV site we reserved, and they had left for the day. The office immediately handled it and showed us other spots available, and we scored an even better site right next to the river with panoramic views. We also got a discount due to the confusion.

We got settled in and explored the area. There is a 3-mile path that winds alongside the river and is a spectacular walk with lots of nature and wild birds. There is a frisbee golf course, marina, children's park, and a picnic area nearby. There are bathrooms with showers and laundry.

We happened upon a brewery about a mile from our campsite, and so one afternoon, we strolled down for a flight and a bite. They have amazing pizzas—we had the garden pizza.

Boardman RV Park is located close to amenities. There is a train track nearby, but it wasn't loud enough to be a disturbance. We quite liked this RV Park with its location on the river and the large, spacious site backing onto the water.

We had enough space for the rig, the truck, our bikes, and more than enough room left to sit out with our chairs and a fire and the view.

I very much enjoyed my early morning walks along the pathway. It was a great RV park set against a beautiful backdrop.

This one got two thumbs up!
